All orders are shipped prepaid via "best way" and charges will be invoiced to you. We ship by the most economical method taking carrier pricing and fluctuating fuel costs into consideration. For smaller orders that are not local, we use UPS whenever possible. Larger orders or ones that exceed UPS weight or size limits will ship via Common Carrier.
Returns
Please contact us via E-Mail at parker@rboxes.com or call us at (262) 681-0374 for return instructions. Items must be returned in sold and banded quantities as well as condition, within 30 days of purchase for credit. Customers will be responsible for any return freight and any refund may include a 20% restocking fee. Damages will be returned or exchanged at no cost.

While we try to maintain the lowest possible pricing on our products, occasionally, due to market conditions and other circumstances beyond our control, pricing may change without notice.
Minimum Order
R Packaging, LLC does not have a minimum dollar order. Items may have a minimum quantity they must be purchased in.
